In 1999, Wands served as Executive Producer on East Is East, a drama set in a British Pakistani household during the 1970s. The following year, Wands was credited as Co-Producer on The House of Mirth, an adaptation of Edith Wharton’s novel set in New York’s high society at the turn of the 20th century.
