Bennett Miller is an American director born in New York City on December 30, 1966. Known professionally as Bennett Miller, the surname is also romanized as 베넷 밀러 in some contexts. Working primarily in narrative film, Miller has contributed to a small but notable body of work.
The director’s filmography includes two credited projects. In 2005, Miller directed Capote, a feature that established a recognizable approach to character-driven drama. Several years later, Miller released Where the Wild Things Are in 2009, a film credited under the shorter title Where the Wild Things Are [2009] (Thanks) in the records. Miller’s work has been associated with deliberate pacing and attention to psychological detail within the American independent film tradition.
