Biography
Difei Zhou was born on July 30, 1984 in Lanzhou, Gansu, China. Their work in the film industry spans directing and producing roles across multiple productions. Their formal training includes studies in the Film and Television Department of the School of Art at the University of Edinburgh in the UK, where they developed skills in visual storytelling and production management.
Zhou’s directorial debut is scheduled for release in 2026 with the film Busted Water Pipes. The project marks their first known credit as a director in a feature-length film.
