Biography
Doug Cooper is credited as Visual Effects Supervisor on two animated films produced by DreamWorks Animation. In 2007, Cooper held the role for Bee Movie, contributing to the film’s digital effects pipeline and composite work. The project required integrating computer-generated bees, environments, and photorealistic lighting to blend with the film’s stylized aesthetic.
In 2010, Cooper returned to DreamWorks Animation as Visual Effects Supervisor for Shrek Forever After. The film expanded the visual effects scope with enhanced character rigging, crowd simulations, and environmental effects, maintaining continuity with the series’ established look.
