E.L. Katz is an American filmmaker born in New York City on January 7, 1981. Katz has worked in the film industry primarily as a director, contributing to several notable productions. Their filmography includes the 2015 anthology horror film Southbound, for which Katz served as a segment director, as well as the 2016 horror anthology Holidays, where Katz also contributed a segment.
