Elvis Tsui Kam-Kong, born on October 13, 1960, in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang, China, is a Chinese actor based in Hong Kong. He is primarily known for his roles in martial arts films, often cast as villains. Tsui's notable works include "New Dragon Gate Inn" (1992), where he portrayed The General, and "The Eternal Evil of Asia" (1995), in which he played Kong. More recently, he appeared in Wong Kar-Wai's "The Grandmaster" (2013) as Mr. Hung.
