Harvey Stephens

Harvey Stephens, born William Harvey Stephens on August 20, 1901, in Los Angeles, California, was an American actor known for his extensive work in film and television. Initially, Stephens gained recognition for his performances on Broadway. He transitioned to film in the 1930s and remained active until the mid-1940s, with his most notable film role being an uncredited appearance as a stockbroker in the iconic 1959 thriller "North by Northwest." After the mid-1950s, Stephens shifted his focus to television, where he continued to work successfully throughout the 1960s. He passed away on December 22, 1986.
