Their filmography includes notable entries such as Princess Mononoke (1997), Porco Rosso (1992), and Mary and the Witch's Flower (2017), where they contributed to the visual and animated elements of these films. Shimizu also provided key animation for Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade (1999), Colorful (2010), and Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan (2016), among others.
