Joey Wong is a Taiwanese-born actress who worked in Hong Kong cinema. Born on January 31, 1967 in Taipei, Taiwan, Wong established herself in the industry during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Known for her presence in genre films, Wong appeared in supernatural and action narratives that gained regional recognition.
Wong’s filmography includes roles in several notable productions. In A Chinese Ghost Story [1987], Wong played Lip Siu Sin, a character central to the film’s supernatural romance. She reprised a similar role in A Chinese Ghost Story II [1990] as Windy Fu Ching Fung. Wong also appeared in The Big Heat [1988] as Ada and in The Beheaded 1000 [1991] as Wang Can-Hua, credited as "Blood Lotus."
