Brown is credited with sound effects on Army of Darkness, a 1992 film known for its blend of horror and comedy. The role involved creating and layering environmental and action sounds to enhance the film’s atmosphere and narrative impact.
In 1995, Brown served as sound designer on Four Rooms, a multi-director anthology film. As sound designer, Brown was responsible for shaping the overall auditory experience, including dialogue clarity, ambient noise, and stylized sound cues that supported the film’s segmented storytelling approach.
