Lauren Tom

Lauren Tom is an American actress and voice artist active in film and television. Born on August 4, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois, USA, Tom has contributed to both live-action and animated productions. In film, Tom provided the voice for the character Market Sheep in Kung Fu Panda 2.

Tom’s film work also includes a role in The Joy Luck Club, where Tom portrayed Lena St. Clair. The film, based on Amy Tan’s novel, centers on the relationships between Chinese-American women and their immigrant mothers.
