Rosenthal composed the original score for The Miracle Worker in 1962, a film adaptation of the stage play about the relationship between Helen Keller and her teacher Anne Sullivan. That same year, they also provided the music for Requiem for a Heavyweight, a drama centered on a washed-up boxer.
