Mashiba's most recognized role is her voice acting in the popular anime series "Crayon Shin-Chan." She voiced the character of Tōru Kazama, a major character in the series. Her work in "Crayon Shin-Chan: The Hidden Treasure of the Buri Buri Kingdom" (1994) and "Crayon Shin-Chan: Unkokusai's Ambition" (1995) has been particularly notable.
