Biography
Mark Purcell is a sound technician whose work in film spans multiple projects across international productions. Purcell’s credited roles include sound mixing and recording duties on notable feature films. In 2014, Purcell served as a Sound Recordist on Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), contributing to the film’s audio capture during production. The following year, Purcell worked as a Sound Mix Technician on It, handling the post-production audio blending for the film’s sound design. In 2018, Purcell returned to the role of Sound Mix Technician on Aquaman, assisting in the final audio assembly for the film’s theatrical release. As of the records available, Purcell is also attached as a Sound Mix Technician on The Roses, scheduled for release in 2025.
