Mary Parent is an American film producer born on January 1, 1968. Parent has worked primarily as a producer and executive producer on a range of feature films across genres, including science fiction, fantasy, and action. Their filmography includes major studio productions such as the 2021 film Dune, the 2014 film Godzilla, and the 2024 sequel Dune: Part Two. Parent also produced the 2024 film Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire and the 2019 film Pokémon Detective Pikachu. Other credits include the 2018 film Skyscraper, the 2015 film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, and the 2025 film The Toxic Avenger Unrated.
