Biography
Matthew Festle is a sound effects and Foley editor based in the film industry. Born on March 21, 1994, in Chicago, Illinois, Festle developed an early interest in cinema, later pursuing formal training in sound for film. After graduating with a B.A. in Cinema Arts + Science, with a concentration in Sound for Film from Columbia College Chicago, Festle relocated to Los Angeles to further their career in sound and music departments for film and television.
Festle’s work in post-production sound has included contributions as a sound editor, with a notable credit on the 2019 film 10/31 Part 2.
