Mayumi Ogawa, born on October 7, 1939, in Adachi, Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actress known for her work in the film industry. She began her acting career in the 1960s, appearing in films such as "The Great White Tower" in 1966. Ogawa gained recognition for her role as Himeko Tanaka in "Night Scandal" (1964). Her most notable performance was in "Vengeance Is Mine" (1979), where she portrayed Haru Asano. For this role, she won the Best Supporting Actress award at both the 3rd Japan Academy Prize and the 4th Hochi Film Award.
