Miguel Barbosa is a film industry professional known for his work as a Foley artist. Foley is a technique in film production where everyday sound effects are recreated to enhance the audio track of a film. Barbosa's work can be heard in several notable films. He served as the Foley artist for "Love Sonia" (2018), a drama about a young Indian girl's journey to rescue her sister from the sex trade. Barbosa also worked on "Truth or Dare" (2018), a horror film that follows a group of friends who play a deadly game of truth or dare. His most recent credit is for "La Chimera" (2023), an upcoming drama film. Barbosa is set to work on "The Penguin Lessons" (2025), an adaptation of the best-selling memoir about a young boy who saves a penguin and learns valuable life lessons.
