Davies is perhaps best recognized for his appearances in the Star Wars franchise. He portrayed Governor Sio Bibble in "Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace" (1999) and reprised the role in "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" (2005). His other notable film credits include "The Deep Blue Sea" (2011), in which he played Hester's Father, and "RSC Live: Henry IV Part 2" (2015), where he took on the role of Shallow.
