Peter Burgis is an American foley artist known for contributing sound effects to major films. Burgis worked as a foley artist on multiple entries in the Harry Potter series, including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. Burgis also provided foley work for other high-profile productions such as Batman Begins, V for Vendetta, Sherlock Holmes, Pride & Prejudice, Quantum of Solace, and Me Before You.
