Rousselot's first significant role as a director of photography came with John Boorman's "Hope and Glory" in 1987.
Rousselot has since worked on a diverse range of films, showcasing his versatility and skill. He has collaborated with prominent directors such as Tim Burton on "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (2005) and Guy Ritchie on the "Sherlock Holmes" series (2009, 2011).
