Phillip Kwok Chui, born on October 21, 1951, in Taipei, Taiwan, is a renowned figure in the film industry. He is known for his work as an actor and stuntman, primarily in Hong Kong cinema. Kwok's notable filmography includes his role as Mad Dog in the 1992 action film "Hard Boiled," directed by John Woo. He also played a significant part in "The Big Heat" in 1988, portraying the character Kam.
