Biography
Pierre Spengler, born on June 5, 1947, in Paris, France, is a prominent figure in the film industry. He began his career as an executive in charge of production for "The Four Musketeers" in 1974. Spengler is perhaps best known for his involvement in the Superman film series, serving as a producer for the first three installments starring Christopher Reeve. These include "Superman II" in 1980, which he produced alongside Alexander and Ilya Salkind. His filmography also includes the 1995 film "Underground" as an executive producer, and he has served as a co-producer for "Stratosphere Girl" in 2004. Additionally, Spengler produced "Snapshots" in 2002.
