Richard Penn

Richard Penn, also known as Richard W. Penn, is an actor recognized for his voice work in various films. He lent his voice to the animated feature "Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within" in 2001, contributing to the additional voices. Penn also provided the voice for the character of Fantastic Doctor in the live-action comedy "Inspector Gadget" in 1999. His voice work continued in the action-thriller "12 Rounds" in 2009, where he was credited as additional voices.
