Ali’s film work includes Ra.One (2011), where Ali provided vocals for a soundtrack track. In Akaash Vani (2013), Ali again contributed as a playback singer. In Ishqeria (2018), Ali served in the same capacity, lending voice to a musical piece in the film.
Beyond film, Ali is recognized as a classical performer and was formerly the lead vocalist of the Pakistani rock band Fuzön.
