Simone Grau Roney, born December 24, 1968, in København, Danmark, is a Danish film industry professional known for her work in art departments. She began her career in the late 1990s, working as a set propsman on Lars von Trier's "Breaking the Waves" in 1996. Roney then moved on to work as a set decoration assistant on "Dancer in the Dark" in 2000, further expanding her role to set decorator for "Dogville" in 2003. Her most recent credit is as production designer for "Nymphomaniac: Vol. II" in 2013. Throughout her career, Roney has been involved in various aspects of production design, contributing to the visual storytelling of several notable films.
