Biography
Tsutomu Shibayama was born on March 9, 1941 in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. Shibayama worked as an anime director, primarily contributing to Japanese animated films during the 1980s. Their directorial credits include Doraemon: Nobita's Little Star Wars (1985), Doraemon: Nobita and the Knights on Dinosaurs (1987), and Doraemon: The Record of Nobita's Parallel Journey to the West (1988). These films are part of the long-running Doraemon franchise, which adapts the manga series by Fujiko F. Fujio.
