Woo Fung was born on January 18, 1932 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Woo Fung worked in the film industry as an actor, appearing in minor roles across several productions. In 1986, Woo Fung appeared in Millionaires' Express as the Mayor of Hanshui Town, a supporting part in the ensemble cast. The same year, Woo Fung played the Disco Patron on Balcony #2 in Royal Warriors, a brief but distinct appearance in a crowd scene.
In 1987, Woo Fung took a small role as Ling's principal in That Enchanting Night, contributing to the film's supporting cast.
