Biography
Yong Duk Jhun was born on January 1, 1971, in Seoul, South Korea. Jhun is known for their work in the film industry, contributing to animated and live-action productions. In 2010, Jhun served as Layout Supervisor on the animated film Shrek Forever After, a role focused on designing the spatial arrangements and visual composition of scenes to guide the overall look and flow of the animation.
In 2021, Jhun took on the role of Director of Photography for the animated feature Vivo, overseeing the film’s visual style, lighting, and camera work. This position involved shaping the film’s visual narrative through technical and artistic decisions in collaboration with the director and other departments.
