Biography
Yurika Yamasaki, a Brazilian film industry professional, was born in Atibaia, São Paulo. Known for her work in art direction, Yamasaki's career spans over two decades, with notable contributions to several Brazilian films. In the late 1980s, she served as the art director for a series of comedic films, including "The Trapalhões in the Land of Monsters" and "Super Xuxa Against the Down Mood," showcasing her versatility in creating diverse visual environments. Yamasaki's art direction also played a significant role in "The Wedding of the Trapalhões" and "The Goofy Heroes: An Adventure in the Jungle," further cementing her impact on Brazilian cinema during this period. Her work extended into the 2000s with her contribution to "Gaijin 2: Love Me as I Am."
