Burt Kwouk
Burt Kwouk, born Herbert Kwouk on July 18, 1930 in Manchester, England, was an English actor of Chinese descent known for his extensive television appearances and notable film roles. He is particularly recognized for his portrayal of Cato Fong in two of the Pink Panther series, 'The Pink Panther Strikes Again' (1976) and 'Revenge of the Pink Panther' (1978).

Kwouk's filmography also includes 'Bullet to Beijing' (1995) where he played Kim Soo, and 'Stratosphere Girl' (2004) in which he took on the role of Papa-San.
