Victor Romito was born in Italy on March 11, 1908. Romito worked as an actor in Hollywood during the mid-20th century, appearing in several films in uncredited roles. Among his appearances were small parts in Casablanca and Phantom of the Opera, both released in 1943, where Romito played minor characters without billing.
In the 1950s, Romito continued with brief appearances, including a role in Singin' in the Rain as an audience member in 1952. He also appeared in Buccaneer's Girl in 1950 and later had a small part as a maitre d' in Teacher's Pet in 1958. Romito's screen presence was limited to such uncredited or background performances, contributing to the atmosphere of the productions.
